Order & Shipping

Q: “When will my order ship?”

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3-7 business days.
Q: “Will I receive tracking information?”

Yes! A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way.
Q: “Can I change or cancel my order?”

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Q: “My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?”

Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Pretty & Fly Jewelry is not responsible for packages once tracking shows delivered, but we're happy to help point you in the right direction.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: “Do you accept returns or exchanges?”

All sales are final. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or normal wear.
Q: “What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?”

Please email Brittanyvincent26@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We’ll review your order and work toward a replacement or store-credit solution when applicable.

Q: “How do I care for my Pretty & Fly jewelry?”

Keep your pieces away from water, sweat, perfume, lotion, oils, and harsh cleaners. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping, then store it somewhere dry.
Q: “Will my jewelry tarnish?”

Like all fashion jewelry, shine can fade over time with exposure to moisture, products, and everyday wear. Proper care helps your pieces stay pretty for longer.
Q: “Do you offer gift wrapping?”

Not at this time, but every Pretty & Fly piece is selected to feel gift-worthy all on its own.
