Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Pretty & Fly Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost/stolen packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our pieces are carefully selected and handled for wearability and hygiene, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or normal wear.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryat Brittanyvincent26@yahoo.com with:

• Your order number 
• A clear photo/video of the item 
• A brief description of the issue

After review, we’ll work with you on a replacement or store-credit solution when applicable.

To keep your Pretty & Fly pieces looking their best:

• Avoid water, sweat, perfume, lotion, oils, and harsh cleaners.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping.
• Store pieces separately in a dry pouch, box, or jewelry organizer.
• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.
